We completely trusted his principled method of selling our investment property a number of years ago and have had no reason to look elsewhere, particularly since we did not consider the “traditional” methods used by other agents to be necessarily ethical. Natalie came highly recommended by Jeremy and she has been an absolute delight to work with; warm and engaging, good humoured, very patient and above all, very honest and straight down the line with her advice and recommendations.
Natalie’s market appraisal of the value of our house and recommendations as to list price were spot on and well and truly exceeded our expectations, even with market being so hot at the moment. The final sale price we achieved was definitely attributable to Natalie’s excellent negotiation skills with potential buyers and the whole process was completed in less time than we could have imagined at the beginning of the process. Natalie presented to us as a highly professional, motivated and trust worthy agent who sorted through our issues, explained the process and guided us honestly through our decision making in a caring and empathetic manner.

From start to finish we were kept involved and given good advice on the method of sale, preparing the house for sale (in particular what staging was or was not required for the house) and how to assess what was the best of the offers. I recently had to sell my elderly sister’s unit in Canberra so that she could be moved into an aged care facility. It was fortunate that I had Natalie to manage the sale. She had local knowledge and a thorough insight into the ACT real estate. She was easy to deal with, efficient, friendly and honest. She exuded confidence and was completely committed to doing her best for the seller. I was informed of the way the agency worked, their ethics and the critical path from preparing the property for sale to final transfer of documents. She had a good team of professional experts who all contributed to executing a smooth transfer from seller to buyer, resulting in a win-win for everybody. I was impressed by the staging of the property and how quickly the property sold, despite the fact that this happened in the thick of the Covid-19 lockdown and I was told that it would be very difficult to find a buyer. She also kept me regularly in the loop throughout the whole process. I think that I owe the quick sale to the fact that Natalie was very realistic with the pricing of the property.
